I don’t wear a belt, just suspenders. Does that make me a ner, or an erd?

My father told me a well dressed man wore both suspenders and belt. Of course he never owned a pair of sneakers in his life, but he owned bow ties.

So Wally’s casual look is to wear his shirt outside his pants with no belt? Wait til he sees how much more comfortable that is.

No matter how cool he thinks he looks when he tries to sit in one of the student’s seats at school the coolness will be gone

To change the subject, I’m glad to see (in the first panel) that contrary to Alix and Holly’s expectations, Joan’s kids are being good as gold. Actually, this is how they behave at least 95% of the time that we see them in the strip.

The_JAM, I don’t get it either. Is he trying to look cool or like a bedraggled parent?

I think Andy asked him to dress ‘casual’ for Parents’ Night. No way would he have thought of this himself.
