Personally, I like screwdrivers when I get a cold, Vitamin C for support and vodka because, everyone knows, alcohol kills germs.

I think the two actions are integral ejcapulet; her plan may be to drink the margaritas and then swoon (probably enough alcohol in a margarita pitcher to accomplish that), maybe extending her unconsciousness (though unintentionally) with the pitcher.
