Transcript:
Holly: How was your meeting, Mom? Val: Boring, Holly. Did you have fun with Gramma and her friends? Holly: Fun?? Did you know that after someone turns 60... every body part and body function is an acceptable topic of conversation?? Val: I call that an organ recital. Val: But... there wasn't any music.

The body starts falling apart after your 50th birthday. By the 60th birthday you’re going downhill so fast the only thing to look forward to is the sudden stop! Ouch!

I’m 58 and am still fit and wonderful. My skin is good, from no tanning and never smoking. You need to take care of your self. Watch what you eat stay away from red meat and exercise.
