Alix is gonna go places :)

I fully agree with Alix here — life is fun, and things usually will work out fine in the end, too. That is one of the many reasons why I like her; she shows a sense of optimism here. :)

There’s a PBS kid’s show- early elementary level I’d guess, “Odd Squad” It does a lot of problem solving involving addition, subtraction, using measurements, and coinage. One gizmo featured is the “Anything Within Reason Machine”. You put in a dollar, and they discussed using change to reach a dollar if you didn’t have a bill. Then you could ask for anything within reason. The diamond the size of her fist was not within reason, the apple the same size was. If you have dreams but remember that results, especially results that others have to put time and effort into rather than just your own, are more likely if they are within reason and that there will be pizza sometime if not right then, and assume people have reasons for their decisions that aren’t about liking you you’ll do better. Especially as I’m guessing Holly got some pizza that she could have enjoyed in the moment!
