Let’s look at it this way. Do you know what it is like to practice an instrument? Let alone give your life to it. Let alone give your life to classical music. You go over scales and pieces over and over polishing away the mistakes. It is frustrating, time consuming work. It is tough to have anyone present at this time, especially an annoying person who you don’t like, who has an impossible fantasy of marrying you. Schroeder must be the most patient 6 yr old in the world. He has earned his cheer for Aunt Marian and more! I defy anyone in the world to explain it any other way.
