(On yesterday’s bird discussion: Night-G: I know, the poor little things running into windows! It’s funny but at the same time you don’t want them to hurt themselves! Mark Pett did a beautiful drawing. I love when these comic artists give it their all every once in a while, showing that they have much greater drawing ability than their dailies.Briatollah: Aw, hummingbirds! They’ve got to be better than blackbirds or these evil cow birds (they steal other bird’s nests!) that come to eat my dad’s bird seed :P.)I’ve got to respond sooner
@ ChelseaLocally we’re plagued by magpies, a dirty verminous bird. Years ago there was a bounty one them, but now it’s illegal to kill a magpie in Utah because they resemble an endangered species that lives near the Mexican border and doesn’t range this far north.Hummingbirds are all kinds of cute, but they’re meaner than Hell and fight over the feeder. The brown ones are the worst.
