She must’ve really screwed something up. When it grabs your address book it is usually only to look for people who are ALREADY ON the site.

She should’ve had Holly set her up.

Hi Readers… just a note to say how much I appreciate all the comments… and to say that yes, this really happened to me.

I was setting up a Facebook page while also scanning, answering the phone, eating a tuna sandwich, who knows what else… but clearly—not paying attention to the FB prompts. And yes, FB contacted not just other FB participants, but my entire address book. Which was extremely embarrassing, but provided some great material.

I don’t do any of those social networking sites, and I’ve been invited several times, so I know it WILL invite those who are not subscribed.

Since it’s the Christmas season and I’m in the believing mood, I hope that really was Jan Eliot that posted above (I can’t see why someone would go to the trouble to fake it). If so, I just want to say, thank you for an awesome strip. I’ve been a fan for years and it’s one of the few comics that my kids and I can both enjoy together.
