Cheney is waiting for Obama’s rating to plummet even more so he can hope for the Republican bid for President in 2012. Why else would he keep showing his loving face to the world?
Cheney was in an undisclosed location for the past 8 years of the Bush Administration and now he won’t shut up or go away. Supposedly he is trying to rewrite history so he does not come across as a sadist. In my opinion he is not succeeding.
