This is so obvious when you see it. Why didn’t I think of this years ago!
I just put “in” on one end and “out” on one box
Just put the “In” on the circular file next to the desk and the janitor will deal with the “Out” part.
it’s not so easy to hise behind the stack of paperwork now a days, with everything done on a computer.
I suppose his rent is paid up for two years and he gets his food and clothes free.
