Maybe Billy, instead of buying charity cookies, could just donate most of his money to charities. Or maybe better, organise some sort of charitable foundation. Maybe he and his wife could talk their billionaire friends into doing the same thing.
Don’t be fooled by the charity designation of the foundation, it’s really a tax evasion scheme and the interest earned from the foundation is then used for the purpose of doing social experiment with no oversight on whatever suits their fancy.
