I am a fan of the lesser used cuts (retired butcher) and think that sounds delicious but actually I was expecting Opus to prepare something with fermented herrings.
Actually, recent experience has shown me that the opposite is true. Only a small number of people (including a fraction of vegetarians) find such jokes unfunny. Most find them hilarious. I’m truly sorry that you are in the small minority that takes offense by them.

I only eat vegetarian food. In fact, I make sure that all the cows I eat are 100% vegetarian!
