It was supposed to come out different this time. “those who repeat history….” Guess the Nixon administration and the Reagan administration thought it would be different this time. Instead of Al Capone and Lucky Luciano we have the Crips, Bloods and their offshoots, all the Mexican drug cartels and the subsidiary gangs associated in the US, Russian mafia, Vietnamese mafia….. Who knew it would be like this?
