I was given a gift certificate for a spa day. It was wonderful, but, they did way more than my gift certificate was granted without me realizing it. It cost me a small fortune. Never went back there again. These spa places are shrewd, watch what you ask for otherwise they’ll milk you for more money.

A friend gifted me with a seaweed body wrap at a spa when I was about 25. I still remember it as a very unpleasant experience.
