I’m waiting for Manfred to put a time limit on how long a half inning can last.

How about making the 3rd foul ball after strike 2 an out.

How about getting rid of the halftime shows??

Best of three innings

In the 60s 1 minute between innings, today 4 1\2 minutes. That’s 81 minutes longer for advertising. We need a pitch clock to speed things up.

This begs the question, why nine innings? Why not five? This would be in line with two halves, three periods, and four quarters, and still at the top. Besides, nine is an ugly number.

I adore 4 and half hour Yankee- Red Sox games…..

Nine innings, no matter how long it takes. Plus, I have a computer or phone screen too. Only have to look at the TV for the replays.

Our rec softball league had an eleven batter limit rule. Everybody hated it…
