From bad to worse: Most think this means 1860 AD / CE, but they’re actually aiming at rolling it alllll the way back to 1860 BC / BCE.

This court decision will creat a big voter turnout – really its a win for Biden and the Pro-choice faction and a bigly loss for Kari Lake and TFG.

I thought Trump was clear. This is a state issue. If AZ has a law that does not sit well with the AZ voters, it’s up to them to fix it.

The last thing we need is for a bunch of left wing fascists pushing their eugenics programs on the whole country.

Voting in primary elections around here requires printing many different ballots: “D”, “R”, “I”. Why isn’t there a national referendum on abortion that is open to only “F” voters? Oh, wait, that’s ’way too important an issue to leave to only those directly affected.

The Arizona law that will begin to be enforced in 14 days was written by a single man in 1864. In 1864, Arizona was not a state, women and minorities could not vote, and doctors were still sewing up wounds with horsehair and storing their unwashed medical instruments in velvet-lined cases. At that time they also legislated that the age of consent is ten years old.

Since when does Arizona’s ban has to represent all of the GOP.

Actually, more than a few Republicans are now panicking over the decision and denouncing it, including Kari Lake. “This is an earthquake that has never been seen in Arizona politics,” said Barrett Marson, a Republican consultant in Arizona, of the decision. “This will shake the ground under every Republican candidate, even those in safe legislative or congressional seats.” [Source: Arizona Republicans denounce revived 1864 abortion ban in sudden reversal. ^^@Asi9: There’s no such thing as a left wing fascist. Fascists are inherently right wing, in spite of everything Fock Snooze, News Hacks and Putain tell you.

They keep shooting themselves in the foot. The overturning of RVW has blown up in their faces. Now, they are going to lose yet again in Arizona. Abortion rights will be voted into the state constitution, just like all the other states that have had the option to vote on the rights issue. Plus, two of the conservative judges who made this ruling are up for re election. The people of Arizona can really show these fanatics how they feel, and kick them out.

Of course they do. Their party has been anti-science, anti-medical care and anti-social progress for many years.

The problem that the conservatives have(besides Trump and the MAGAs) is that instead of trying to guide progress, they are trying to impede it. The only thing this does is causes them to lose complete control and the progressives have no check and tend to go too far. Then, by trying to regain control, they tend to look and act like regressives instead of conservatives.

I am so VERY glad that this issue has come up now – it perfect timing!

We have seen the stupidity of the average republican judge AND legislator in time to make a “correction” to the whole mix – basically the G.O.P. has exposed their soft “underbelly” for every thinking voter to see and they’ve done it in a very “timely” manner – democrats just need to keep reminding voters of this perfidy until election time…

Old saying – Stupid is as stupid does. And a hard dollar bet says those hypocrites claim to be god’s people. They are – satan’s, god of this world. Rev 3:16 they make Lord God sick.

What most seem to be unaware of is that that same law decreed the age of consent to be 10 years old. No Wonder the MAGA-bots are so pleased; they can now molest with impunity- at least in Arizona- and now that they have their precedent, how long before other Red states follow suit?
