Novel idea!! Maybe we can also go retro: interrupt the monologue with some commercial breaks:

1) oh your surgery was painful you say? Have you tried Tylenol extra strength? Oh it actually way better that regular Tylenol, and it isn’t a blood thinner like Ibuprofen!
