Yup. Same with doing taxes. Ours had a complication this year and the software gave us a choice: Pay to upgrade level of software or finish the job ourselves. Heck, I’ll do it myself; I’ve got decades of experience. Half an hour later I was paying for the upgrade. Life’s too short.
