I sometimes feel like this. There are a couple of kids at my daughter’s school who look up to me. One little girl in particular is considered rebellious and a troublemaker, but will listen to me when I tell her to do something (or, in the case of hitting someone, NOT do something). When something happens to her, good or bad, I’m the one she comes to.

Didn’t he find his real mom though a few storylines back? Or are these strips being run out of order again?

For Opus’s sake, it’s a Good Thing there’s “Dial-A-Mom”! The poor lad is severely depressed, and that’s no fun….

When you are curled up in a fetal position, asking a stranger on the phone for help, I’d say that qualifies as depression!
