I have a funny feeling this is leading up to the “Zurich and Frankfurt are in flames” strip.
For those ignoramuses like me who had no idea of whom they were talking about, the name is Phyllis Schalfly.
She was one scary old witch. No wonder Nancy was always at his side.
What’s so weird, or maybe just sad is the fact that Phyllis Schalfly would have said exactly what was stated in the last panel. Unfortunately she is still the same to this very day.
Oliver apparently has raised the Jolly Roger. This bodes ill. (And yet, Washington is always in chaos.)
