I’m sort of new to this strip and am not sure what I’m seeing here. Is that a talking fence post with swirly eyebrows, a curly mustache, and a hat next to a giant talking beach ball sitting in a large bowl? And they’re in charge of this operation?
One is Moustachio, a victorian robot built for rampaging but now acting as the department’s receptionist. The dots swirling around him are Gavotte, a sentient hive that’s in charge of the department.
