Might as well sleep on the plane, not much to do.

First priority.

At last! Gramma Carrie and April finally talk to each other.

I hope their snoring doesn’t disturb the other passengers.

You can’t say they didn’t sleep together.

Always love the snoring sounds.

I was never able to sleep in a plane, car, or even a chair until we had kids. After that, it came easy.

“Because parents need to get away from kids always asking ‘why’, April”.

1. Get some rest.

We weren’t gone for a whole week, but that’s how it felt when Husband and I took a long weekend for ourselves for our anniversary last year – there were parts of our trip that Daughter would have loved, but it was also VERY nice to not be as bound to her schedule.

yes… like sleeping uninterrupted. ;)

Thing #1: sleep.

If it’s “good” for parents to be by themselves now and then, then they shouldn’t be parents.

Well so much for the mile high club.

YES ! Undisturbed sleep….great start.

New movie… “Sleeps on a Plane!”

Today April:

*Sat at the table and did not fidget.

*Was monosyllabic.

Was she being very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very good as she promised her mother four days ago?

The point is that the lively kids normally keep them from getting enough sleep.

YES! If tired enough then a full night’s sleep with extra bonus sleep-in hours can be better than sex sometimes. SOMETIMES!
