And the shorts? Really? Saw such a guy at the local farmers market last week. His legs were beet red, from the cold, but he was cool!

I don’t think you can make a citizen’s arrest for fashion crimes.

We wear flip-flops and shorts year round here. Florida, naturally.

Near as I can tell, we have not had winter in this year in Minnesota. So, yeah, crocs, shorts, and even tank tops are not uncommon sights.

Oh good heavens, I didn’t realize that Lola’s deceased husband was Gomer Pyle.

It would depend on the temperature outside. If it’s warm enough for him to be wearing shorts, it’s warm enough for crocs.

I was in Denver last month and watched a young lad shoveling snow in shorts and a t-shirt – but’s it above freezing I was told…

Oddly, I’ve been sitting here watching my neighbor load the back of his truck, and he’s wearing crocs and shorts. How weird that this comic showed up at just that time. Oh, it’s 42 degrees and his legs are beet red. I can tell he’s cold from the way he’s moving but he refuses to wear something warm? What is with that?

Yes, Crocs in February! With my diabetes, I HAVE to wear shoes. Crocs & other similarly shaped clogs are the only affordable shoes that really fit my square feet. I live in them year-round (with sox in winter) except when there’s snow on the ground & I get out my “truckin’ boots” with the big round toes.

I want Crocs without holes that actually breathe. I’ve tried two different ones and they result in constantly sweaty, wet feet.

I don’t like the look of Crocs either. But I learned some time back that a ’citizen’s arrest’ isn’t a thing.

Crocs are right up there with Uggs when it comes to hideous footwear. I am told they are comfortable by the few people I see wearing them. Whatever floats your boat I guess. I am sure my fashion sense gives others a good eyeroll and snicker also.

One really cold winter day I saw a guy in walmart wearing big boots, a big puffy coat, big woolen stocking hat, ski gloves, and….shorts.
