What’s it with dogs and squirrels? I never noticed that dogs here around are chasing them as much as I see that in different strips and read it in the comments. Are the dogs here better trained to not chase wild animals or do we have less squirrels?

When my cats get outside, they love to chase the squirrels. The squirrels are getting much bolder since I was asked to keep them inside.

When my dog went outside, the squirrels would look up and continue the search for nuts. When the cat went out, they’d scatter.

Same squirrel- he’s just trying to find a tree without a dog beneath so he can go down and look for food!!
