Gotta be a reference to Chuck E. Cheese purportedly reusing pizza leftovers. I’d have to be starving to even eat their fresh pizza. I’d rather eat pizza from Subway.

IIRC, there have been news reports of various restaurants doing just this very same thing
No restaurant can legally re-sale food that has been served to a customer.
Immature workers are capable of doing some pretty gross stuff for a laugh. I prepare my foods at home.
