Reuse scavenged burlap bags instead of plastic or those disintegrating free totes. Dandelions are edible. Rain barrels for all your drinking and washing. Raid bee colonies for honey. Perhaps a few chickens and goat, or two? Free ranged throughout your neighborhood? All that and some would still say you hate the Earth.
