I’m just wondering who’s idea it was and if it was a dare.

First thing the vet should ask Grimmy:

“What’s the matter? Cat got your tongue?”

Cats are cold-hearted creatures and Grim was triple dog dared.

Stupid move, Grimmy.

Okay I’ll ask. How’d the dog get his tongue stuck to the cat?

This also happened in an older arc of strips, where Grimm was pretending to be a chameleon.
