Temper your joy, Al. The Santos expulsion was not supported by Republican Congressional leadership (I guess it wasn’t in the Bible for Speaker Johnson) and the majority of the majority. If they had their way, Lynn’s George would still be strutting through the halls like an insurrectionist.

But Republicans defeated on this still have the hope of ushering in a new fascist era with their Half-Witted Hitler.

Maybe next they should vote on accused members that marry their brother to get around immigration laws. That does reflect the new standard, right?

Some Republicans and Democrats didn’t want to expel a someone who has not yet been tried and found guilty of crimes. Now that this precedent has been set, it’s time to be consistent and boot Menendez.

He just didn’t have a media machine saying that all his lies were true. If he did, the same people who believe other lies spouted by conspiracy theorists would believe him.

Now it’s your turn, Democrats. Or do you prefer to keep the Senator from Egypt around forever?

Good News! HBO just announced a movie deal to do his biography based on a new book deal. He makes Trumps’ grifting seem like amateur stuff.

Good riddance to bad cess. Although I would have preferred if he were actually convicted of a crime, as it is this sets an unwise precedent that may prove unhealthy for the House.
