Never has a good government banned books. If you don’t want to read a book don’t. If you don’t want your kid reading it then be involved enough to know what they are reading and stop them. But don’t try to stop my kid because of your bigotry or religious beliefs.
Which state was it that banned Anne Frank because “her mistaken religion was upheld, and she wasn’t sanctioned for it”? The nazis sanctioned her. I guess that wasn’t enough.
