    Around 12 years ago a friend and I missed our connecting flight to Norway in Amsterdam because the flight from YVR was delayed, for hours. The girl at the ticket counter looked disinterested and sounded indifferent until I turned to my companion and said “We’re stuck here!” She then made arrangements to go the rest of the way. The train ride from Oslo was memorable
