At Ground Round, you could get ice cream in a plastic baseball cap for dessert.

Sounds like the stupid way they plate things in 5-star restaurants.

“Who won the game? I don’t know, I was enjoying the food!”

If I’m going to watch a game, I prefer to watch it on TV where I can see things better, see replays, and get commentary in comfortable seating … and not have pay stadium prices for food. And I can change the channel and watch something else whenever I want.

The last time I went to a MLB game was in the mid 1980s. We went to a Padres game. I was too hot and too bored. And too angry at myself for letting his horrible parents drag me along. I did go to a minor league game with my sister in 2003 in Harrisburg PA. I had fun that time. It was still hot but his parents weren’t there. How much IS a trip to a MLB or an NFL game these days?
