I actually really hope my prediction from yesterday is true. (Daphne’s bisexual and also loves Femme Fatality) That would be some good character development, make Daphne less one-dimensional, and also could lead to some interesting arcs.

It’d be a waste of Nate’s time since he no doubt already knows all of them, and then some, already.

Eh, not a fan of fart jokes but I guess it’s a decent gag, plus now we know Daphne will try and find him a book (plus it’s important to see contrast between them as well, if they are always cordial since the first lab session then what’s the point).

Plus, the first two panels are cute! Soft in the first one (look how relieved Nate is for not being judged for once) and they are holding hands in the second! I just love how, well, cute they are, I feel like Nate’s other relationships were more mature and this one is more innocent!

7\10, still loving this arc, hoping it won’t just be a joke vehicle and it ends sweetly!

I learned to love reading from an early age. For me, it was SciFi escapism. I hope Daphne helps Nate find a book that ignites his love of reading.

I like Daphne’s attitude towards books. She’s not a snobbish reader nor is she trying to get Nate to read some famous book. She just wants to help him find something he might find funny.

I can’t believe the content of some posts.

Nate is a perpetual eleven (11) year old. I remember my kids at that age, they were exactly as he is: constantly questioning the world, pranking the family, going to the mall to hang out with their buddies, skating for fun, playing with the neighbor kids, riding their bikes until it got dark, staying in the park and shooting the breeze, talking about what they saw on TV the night before, catching up on their homework at the last minute…etc, … etc. …
