A guy came by and offered to take down a tree in my yard. As near as I can estimate the amount of work, he wants to make $1000 per hour.
My landlord replaced the roof last year. I’m waiting for it to reflect in my rent.
Or wait for them to fall off and be replaced by a new one as shown.

i was talking to our plumber about a job we need done, one that would make him a bit of money, and he just started giggling. you practically have to bribe tradespeople these days to get any work done…
