When my kid was younger, I had to get creative when changing diapers in public restrooms. I ran into a bunch that didn’t have changing tables in them. My ex always made me do it, because she didn’t want to do ANYTHING.
You don’t need to do it in a restroom and you don’t need to have a changing table (even with human babies).
