Want doughnuts? Go to your local family-run shop that makes them fresh on the premises daily. Forget about Krispy Kreme, Dunkin’ Donuts and their ilk, whose products come frozen off a semi truck, are reheated and sold deceptively as “made every day, right here in our store.”
Support your local economy and small businesses. They are more deserving of your patronage.
