Great name: Doris, the Saurus! She appears to have grown a bit during her trip through time. Good thing Mr. Am is on hand to deal with his pet.

My favorite dinosaur has always been Dinah Shore. Ripped off from Capt. Huffenpuff of Beany and Cecil

Nice touch there from the old cliff hanger “The Phantom Empire”. In the old movie house serial it was “Radio Ranch”.

What a wonderfully surreal blend of drama and silliness! I LOVE it!! Many thanks to Maeder and Slampyak. I can hardly wait to see how the other story lines get tied in.

(dkram: thanks for explaining the origin of the “Broadcast Ranch” name. I vaguely remember cowboy serials (note the spelling) from my youth because it was Buck Rogers and especially Flash Gordon who had my allegiance.)

Please, people, I already have a bit of a hangover. “Doris, the Saurus” is just a little bit tooooo much.

I’m sure that Rod Serling would have approved.

    Hey TheGiantBrain:

Get over it. It’s just a comic strip. Try enjoying your life a little more.

They have a Gene Autry, Roy Rogers and other Cowboy music festival going on here at My Old Kentucky Home in Bardstown. I havent been yet, but they’ve got a seat for me.

I love the dinosaur. If the authors read this, thanks guys! I love it. Annie is one of the best because of you.

new mexico has a low amount of vegitation. expect this dinosaur to cross to the dark side and start eating cowboys.

unfortuanltly i think the dinosaur will be mellowed down by the cowboys singing, like an indian with a cobra playing that flute thing.

Let’s see: first you make reference to “Doctor Who” with the TARDIS console, then REH, now “Twilight Zone.” What next???

I would just like to point out with regards to the TARDIS console that that wizard is a dead ringer for William Hartnell the first Doctor

jtpozenel, I had the same thought. I was half expecting for Serling to show up and be confronted by Annie and crew.

As for musical cowboys, the most famous person i knew (and not just met) was local celebrity, Fred Kirby. Uncle Fred was a close family friend from when my mom and uncle where little. We miss you Fred.
