    Yes, the pandemic IS over.

And Al would draw a cartoon attacking Biden if he had said that the pandemic ISN’T over.

With Al, it’s “dumbed if you do, and dumbed if you don’t”!

Didn’t the previous guy say there was no pandemic. It was a hoax. Use bleach, ivermectin. Do not wear a mask. Do not listen to qualified doctors.

We are all ACTING as if it’s over, right? I mean seriously: How many masked shoppers on your last trip (aside from yourself)?

According the the experts, we should expect another bump in infections (no idea about deaths) starting near Xmas, because we aren’t vaccinating enough and we aren’t acting as though it matters.

How can “something” be “over” when it was a HOAX in the first place, according to TFG??!!!

Actually Biden is pretty much right. People have been treating Covid as an endemic much like the cold or the flu, rather than a pandemic and are getting on with their lives. The main reason Covid is still around as much as it is is because TFG’s disastrous handling of it and all the people willing to write it off as little more than a cold or flu in the early stages.

But that’s not the narrative in Uncle Al’s Alternative Universe.

Why are they making fun of Biden for saying that it’s over when they said that there never was one?

Biden is right. Most people are vaccinated (except the MAGA-red-hat society and vaccine deniers). Infection rates are manageable. Hospitals are stable.

Besides, if you believed the orange $h*t smear when he said there was no pandemic, this shouldn’t be an issue.

It is now an endemic is what he meant…it’s gone but still lurking…every year…like the flu!

Always looking for anything to make a huge and highly thing about nothing, just to deflect from the major problems…

And when Brandon gets so senile that he uses the codes before anyone in the White House can “walk it back”…

What he meant: the U.S. has gone about as far as it can. Significant portions of the population refused to take the basic measures to protect themselves and others during the pandemic by wearing masks and many paid the price. They still refuse by not getting vaccinated. Covefe-45 will be with us through our lifetimes, it’s not going away. It can mutate into a strain which is massively virulent (see Spanish flu, 1918-1920) without warning. If so, hopefully there is a sane person in the WH who actually follows epidemiologic procedures from the start to head it off at the pass.

Yeah and Florida started way ahead and as Biden says the prove is in the pudding, Florida is ahead in every matter… but the point of the cartoon is how the WH has to explain revert every single comment he makes.. also if the pandemic is over for him way does he rules like it wasn’t?

Amazing. Under the previous President, the couldn’t believe that a Pandemic had possibly started. Under the current President, the can’t believe that it possibly could have ended.

Biden should be more specific about which pandemic, Covid or Biden. Certainly the White House would rather talk about the Covid version instead of the economy, crime, border security, energy….

So, Mr Goodwyn, are you agreeing that Covid 19 is a true disease? Thus, before vaccines, wearing masks and staying away from crowds was a good call? And are you promoting vaccines to keep people as safe as is possible? Are you upset with trump’s covering up the pandemic at its beginning? How about jailing Dr Fauci who, along with other public health officials, were doing their best against a unique, novel virus? What do you think about trump’s administration tossing the pandemic plan written during President Obama’s time in office?

He needs to come to my neck of the woods where quite a few people are still coming down with COVID. It’s still a threat, especially when it can have some really devastating long-term effects. My niece still has a lingering cough, and a friend of mine is still suffering from brain fog.
