Kiwi!!!Experts say, that visualizing a physical attack, via something like Kiwi’s stabby knify thingee, on illnesses & anxieties can actually help your body’s defenses & your brain’s coping with what’s going. My preferred method, is a full-out WW2 battle; bazookas, grenades, machine guns, LST’s, B56 bombers, straffing runs, commanders yelling “Go! Go! Go” to legions of soldiers pouring into the battle…you get the picture, every WW2 movie my Dad & I ever watched, focused on the problem…Not for everybody, but, you do whatcha gotta do, to cope with life.

And, keep up the work Matt, we’re all behind you!!!
