I remember a junior-high gym teacher who believed in much worse training than this (try running outside in -30-degree weather with only gym-clothes on, even for only 200 metres each way) 34 years ago in Calgary.
reminds me a little of that scene from “Miracle”, where Brooks makes the team skate after the Norway game…you go Gil!
