    The Squiggler who cannot understand fractions, decimals, or percentages thinks climate change should be measured by the same logic that said that if there was less COVID testing then the number of cases would be better.

    Having grown up in an era where waters were pink/green/caustic/slimy with algae growths and on certain day, you could see the air (usually a sickly yellow), environmental laws have done their jobs. The Supreme Courts has, once again, overstepped its legal boundaries but, hey, that’s what they’re paid to do.

    Again SCOTUS does not make the laws, nor do bureaucrats, and the court should not be partisan all should be like Ruth or Antonin and follow the constitution even if from their points of view
