Breaking skin is really painful, feel bad for Chad. I have to say, Chad is a little bit more tolerable and has a little bit of a personality, so it’s an improvement from before, I guess. And today I realised that I’m too harsh on this comic. Some decent and funny strips do come out, I’m just mad and taking it out on Pierce. But I still stand by what I say about him needing to improve if this comic is going to have success. You can’t make a profit out of the same jokes repeated over and over again.

3.5/10 Not the best of 4th of July arc, but it wasn’t so bad. Chad got over his fear, and Nate helped him.

Well, I called it yesterday — we saw none of the actual ride, only the aftermath.

I hate it when people just slander big nate for no reason. Don’t like it, don’t read it. It’s literally made for kids. Just because Nate doesn’t magically win the lottery, gets a million girlfriends and lands on mars doesn’t mean it’s a bad strip. I wish these comic raters and people would leave go comics.

Why have these comics been a lot more gross? I remember a couple of weeks ago Nate’s eyes started bleeding as he wrote his John Adams paper
