The version I know has the doctor doing word association with the patient. For each of the doctor’s ordinary, everyday words, the patient replies, “Sex.”
“You certainly think about sex a lot.”
“But doc, you’re the one who keeps saying all the sexy words.”
I know another version, involving the patient’s responses to the inkblot test, but it isn’t suitable for this environment.
