Reminded me of a positive experience. We were traveling and had car trouble in a small town. Went to the local car repair place. The guy at the desk said they would get us right in. The place had several bays and they were all full. They pulled our car in underneath another one that was up on a lift, did the repair, and we were out of there in under an hour.
