I had the best Halloween one year when I had to fly to Huntsville. No real room for a costume, so a set of those fangs went in the shirt pocket. On the airplane, a little girl a couple of seats ahead thought they were fun. After arriving, I walked into a restaurant, said “Good EVE-ning! One, please!” and the hostess dropped her jaw on the floor. (I apologized later). Perfect!
pbarnrob: I hear you. I have a set made by a cosmetic dentist who makes prosthetics on the side. They were colour matched to my natural teeth and looked realler than real. I wore them as my “costume” while working as a pit boss at a local casino. I nonchalantly leaned over and made like I was going to bite a dealer. The entire table screamed. It was awesome.

Lio will sleep more comfortably with his denture out. But what about with his secret out?

You just can’t beat Bunnicula and a young librarian (with braces) from Amsterdam. A heady mixture.

You learn something every day. I’d never heard of Bunnicula until now. Now Lilo’s plush toy makes even more sense…

“Good evening. I am Liocula. I bid you velcome.” (Talk about worst-case schizophrenia.)

What happens to anyone who enters Lio’s room? Do they “Enter and Die” like the ill-fated explorers of Calvin’s room did?

I still, as a adult, love the Bunnicula books I discovered when I was a kid. C:
