Does it matter? We are all going to die of Global Warming anyway. And besides, it’s a well known fact around here that Biden is bad, just as bad as Trump. It’s even been commented by a few that there is no difference. So were screwed, right? I must say that Rall does a good job at showing how stupid and indifferent we are. the couple in this comic definitely need a strong leader to tell them what to do.

Biden’s choice of Blinken [one of the architects for the Iraq invasion-and-massacre, for SecState] —expected to be announced publicly on Tuesday along with a slate of additional nominees—was not universally criticized by progressives. Matt Duss, foreign policy adviser for Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), called Blinken “a good choice.”

    Sic transit gloria de Sanders.

Alejandro Mayorkas, a former deputy secretary of the the department of homeland security, will be nominated to serve as DHS secretary. If confirmed, Mayorkas will be the first Latino and immigrant to serve as DHS secretary.

Linda Thomas-Greenfield, a former US ambassador, will be nominated as ambassador to the UN.

John Kerry, the former secretary of state [and original Empty Suit], will serve as a special presidential envoy for climate and will sit on the national security council.

Avril Haines, a former deputy CIA director, will be nominated to serve as the director of national intelligence. If confirmed, she will be the first woman to lead the US intelligence community.

Jake Sullivan, a longtime Biden adviser, [and foreign policy advisor to Obama, perhaps recommending increased drone targeting] will serve as national security adviser.

In such an instance resistance would be easy. Just don’t go to work.

“If Trump launches a coup?” Theodore, you’ve not been paying attention. The coup was launched at 2:30 AM on November 4, 20202. The coup, BTW isn’t going very well: Trump’s people are claiming Hugo Chavez rigged the election.

There’s a mordant proverb (of sorts) that came from the Spanish Civil War iirc about the fate of anarchists. I can’t quite remember it, but perhaps someone else can. The first line was, perhaps, “the Communists kill us”, and the last line was something close to “the Liberals betray us to the Communists and then weep over our graves”.
