Sooky Rottweiler says;
Bubble-wrapped children! The neighbor’s 12 year old has to wear a helmet to take the bus! He has a cell phone with a GPS so his mom can know exactly where he is in the backyard!
^ Sooky Rottweiler, I’ve seen the same thing where I live,and I feel so sad for those kids. The parents are instilling their own phobias and paranoia in their children,and the kids are going to have some frightening neuroses when the grow up. Fear seems to be the current drug of choice.

In that neighborhood? I don’t think Gary, IN or Oakland, CA look anything like that anymore. That would be a dream to have. Just saying.

Sooky Rottweiler says; I’ll have to swallow that cell phone somehow someday! Wish I could see the mommy’s face when the GPS shows Jr. at the vet!
Of course, she couldn’t look out the window to see her kid in the backyard herself!

Some cities in our state would have this problem, for sure. Grand Rapid’s southeast side has something going on all of the time.
