Yeah, who cares about work ethic and pride? We want the worst paid as much as the best. If my Brother commits a crime on the job, I want the union there to defend him.

“A public union employee, a tea party activist, and a CEO are sitting at a table with a plate of a dozen cookies in the middle of it. The CEO takes 11 cookies, turns to the tea partier and says, ‘Watch out for that union guy. He wants a piece of your cookie.’ “

Very nice article in the USAToday showed that Wisconsin is one of 41 states where the public sector employees get more in pay and benefits than the private sector.

Of course they want to defend that, but their desire to keep that money does not outweigh the state needing to stay within their budget.

The Koch Brothers are the biggest threat to our national security. Is anybody paying attention?

Soon, there will be no unions and then, no voice for the American worker. Economic slavery will be complete.

Why should business owners and elected officials have the only say in an enterprise’s or government’s operations? They don’t represent labor. Why is it proper for them to have a say and for labor to have no say?

Thirty years ago the coal miners had it made. I watched while the UMWA “negotiated” themselves right out of a job. In the beginning the unions were needed to protect the workers from unsafe working conditions and unfair labor practices. As with any form of elected officials the union leaders soon began to care more about their own well being that that of those who elected them. Corruption took over and now the mines are a poor shadow of what they were.

Union Greed is 50% responsible for outsourcing of jobs. I can remember when Hoover wanted to open a plant to make inexpensive vacuum cleaners in Canton, OH and hire workers @ less than union scale to build the vacuums. The union fought and they won. Their victory caused Hoover to build the plant in Texas, hire the workers at the wages they wanted, and it costs Ohio hundreds of Jobs. Your unions at work. Thanks so much.
