They are mice and obviously sentient and relatively harmless, Scratch on the other hand ….

Here’s their chance to get rid of Scratch……..Overboard mice are cute, funny, add to the strip and sorry some have no imagination at all. Probably didn’t like Lord of the Rings either.

Ah the sniveling Scratch haters are out in force. At least he was only shown in the 4th panel, imagine the hissy fit had he been in all 4?

For those who don’t like the mice, I get it. You’re entitled to your opinion, and I won’t try to change it. However, seeing “Get rid of the rats” in the comments here what seems like every few days gets old, since I like the critters. I think the comment section would be a better place if we focused on what we like about the strip, rather than what we don’t. Just my two cents’.
