Hmmm, for some reason they are dehydrated. Are they both sick, taking turns taking care of each other?

Keep a water bottle by the bed on each side. Just like in a hotel.

Yeah, we’re old! Ha!

I hope they have toilet paper

Obviously their bathroom schedules are out of sync.

Either that or they are co-enablers.

Looks like a little quid pro quo.

I can’t see having an open glass of water by the bed. The way I toss and turn it’d end up on the floor.

Since it is almost impossible to wake my wife at night, I keep supply handy.

I don’t understand people who have to carry a bottle of water wherever they go. Twenty five years ago there wasn’t even bottled water and people did just fine.

Reminds me of Jeff Foxworthy’s definition of ‘sensuous’.

What a hoot! A perpetual motion machine…

drinking water leads to going to the bathroom leads to drinking water that leads to going to the bathroom. if you stop drinking early in the evening to prevent having to get up during the night ( although if you have a medical problem you have no control.)

He had to get up to pee… next it will be her turn. Oh, you youngsters whose bladders haven’t lost their elasticity will never understand…

Hard to see what’s going on here in the dark.

to me it looks like he didn’t drink the water that she got him. He had it there so that when she asked for water he didn’t have to make a stop in the kitchen

Water…the gateway drug to peeing.

Stay asleep and don’t drink water at night. Might wake you earlier in the morning to pee.
