I was in a musical at age 10. The actors once told me, “and if all that fails, we just pretend anyhow.”
I recommend eliminating the dialogue, like a “Tom and Jerry” cartoon.
Anybody remember Floyd the mouse from “Garfield and Friends”? I think he was supposed to serve as a replacement to Squeak from the comics, though Squeak did appear in “The Garfield Show”.
If you don’t know your lines, you’ll never be lunch in this town.
Sometimes those scripts are tough to work with…
