I’ve long thought we should encourage street gangs to swap their guns for rapiers. They’re flashier, they reward skill, they’re tougher to conceal, and they’re less likely to injure innocent bystanders while they’re picking off each other. Any punk can do a drive-by with an Uzi, but to be known and feared as “the Finest Swordsman in the ‘Hood” would be REAL status…
Legalizing dueling would, for the most part, do away with men. Women already outnumber men. This would leave a lot more women that want a mate without one.

The idea of legalized dueling isn’t so farfetched considering the carnage caused by the legal possession of firearms of any size and shape in America.
